Our Selection of RVGC Non-Cushioned Gooseneck Couplers
We offer an array of non-cushioned gooseneck couplers, including the RVGC 4200A, 4205A, 4210A, 4220A, 4225A, 4230A, 4235A, 4255A, and 4280A models.
With the RVGC Gooseneck Coupler, you can pull a fifth wheel camper using a Gooseneck ball with no need to bolt on an adapter. This consists of a single piece that bolts onto the existing bolt holes at the king pin box mounted position. All you need to do is unbolt the existing king pin box and in the same bolt holes install this RV gooseneck hitch coupler. The rating of this product is 24,000 lbs. and its tongue weight rating is 6,500 lbs.
The adjustable version (RVGC-A) provides a 4-inch adjustment down by the coupler in addition to the extra 3-inch adjustment enabled by the adjustable whole patterns from most trailer manufacturers – which results in a total adjustment of 7 inches.
We also offer the Safety Chain Kit, which includes 2 hooks, two 42” long chains, and mounting brackets. These chains have a rating of 24,000 lbs. each.

RV Gooseneck Couplers Designed for Practical Towing Applications
Our RV Gooseneck Couplers are engineered for fifth wheel campers towed with a gooseneck hitch ball. Rather than requiring a bolt-on adapter, these couplers are designed as a single-piece replacement that installs in place of the existing kingpin box using the original mounting holes. This installation uses the existing kingpin box mounting holes on compatible trailers. We manufacture both cushioned and non-cushioned models, allowing customers to choose between cushioned and non-cushioned configurations.

For customers looking for additional height flexibility, the adjustable RVGC-A model offers a 4-inch adjustment at the coupler. Combined with the adjustable hole patterns available from many trailer manufacturers, this design can provide up to 7 inches of total height adjustment where applicable.
Built for Compatible Fifth Wheel Conversions
Our RV Gooseneck Coupler is designed to replace the existing kingpin box by utilising the same mounting hole locations. After removing the existing king pin box, the replacement coupler can be installed using the original bolt pattern on compatible trailers.
The coupler carries a gross trailer weight rating of 24,000 pounds and a 6,500-pound tongue weight rating, making it suitable for compatible fifth wheel towing applications that fall within these specified ratings. Before installation, it is important to confirm that the trailer, tow vehicle, hitch system, and all towing components meet the required capacity for safe operation.
