The individual components that make up PopUp products are produced using state-of-the-art CNC machining, CNC laser cutting and/or CNC forming equipment.

             

Welded fabrication and final assembly are completed to exacting specifications in precision fixtures. 

             

Couplers and Adapters are powder coat painted. Hitch balls are plated with bright yellow chromate.
