RV4 Kingpin to Gooseneck Adapter

For Flatbed Trucks

9″ offset adapter for flatbed trucks

The RV4 allows you to pull a fifth wheel with your flatbed truck and gooseneck hitch.

  • 7 1/2″ fixed height from top of ball to bottom of king pin plate.

The RV4 is designed for use with flatbed pickup trucks. It does not offer enough clearance over the side rails for standard pickup beds.

Not recommended on pin boxes with cushions, or movement. Use on Standard OEM pin boxes only.

Note: The top box must be bolted or welded to the pin box in conjunction with using the provided clamp block connector.  Proper installation is very important, if your unsure during any part of the install please contact the factory for verification or installation clarification.
