The RVGC-CA (Cushion Adjustable) is a product that will allow you to pull your 5th wheel camper with a Gooseneck ball without having to bolt on an adapter. This is a one piece product that bolts into your existing bolt holes where your king pin box is mounted currently. Simply unbolt your existing king pin box and install the RVGC in the same bolt holes. Safety Chain Kit – Comes with two 42″ long chains, 2 hooks, and mounting brackets. Mounting bolts are NOT Included. There are many different size bolts on trailers to know what size you will need.   Chains are rated at 24,000 lbs each.

Convert your gooseneck hitch to your 5th wheel base plate.   We can connect your hitch if you have a Flip-Over by PopUp or a Turnover by B&W and give you the base plate you need.  With a GVWR of 20,000 lbs you can pull just about any 5th wheel and is complete with universal rail slots on the base plate that fits most 5th wheel units on the market today. Easy install, simply remove the ball in your hitch, slide the post that’s included into ball socket and lock into position. After the post is in place, lay the base plate over the post and tighten to spec.  Its really that easy. No mounted bed rails, No drilling holes, and light enough to remove or install as needed.

PopUp Extended Coupler gives you an additional sixteen inches clearance between the truck cab and the trailer nose, and between the truck tailgate and the trailer bulkhead. This gives you more trailer swing and more room for hook-up.  To make your towing experience better yet, this extended coupler is fitted with a PopUp GN8 self-latching coupler.

Our Part measures 4 1/2″ outside to outside and is manufactured with USA steel.  Make sure it fits your trailer downtube.  Some manufacturers use Import tubes, and many are Not sized consistently or are out of round or square.  PopUp assumes No responsibility for returns when incorrect measurements are taken. SB1 9″ offset gooseneck coupler, or extended coupler gives you more turning radius.  Each truck and trailer combination on the road is different so make sure you get the correct offset you need.

The SB1XL 9″ offset gooseneck coupler is designed for flatbed truck owners with a recessed ball. The SB1XL has an extra 4″ inches of height to allow proper clearance to keep the back of the offset up away from the bed floor.  This is a popular option for farmers/ranchers with those 9′ beds to keep the trailer back away from the corners of the bumpers when turning.
